**Shipping Costs**
$5 Flat Rate and Free for orders over $99

$15 Flat rate for Banners and free for orders over $99

**Processing Time**
We advertise 2 day turnaround but processing times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and current demand. Processing time does not include shipping time.

**Shipping Time**
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are:

* Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days (west cost U.S.) 3–7 business days (east cost U.S.)

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

**Delays**
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

**Incorrect Addresses**
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
