Refund policy

**No Refund & Custom Order Policy**

At StickerHoo, all products are custom-made to order based on the design, size, and specifications provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

**Order Accuracy**
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting, including design files, spelling, sizing, and quantities. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

**Proof Approval (if applicable)**
If a proof is provided, production will not begin until the proof is approved. Once approved, the design is considered final and cannot be changed.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost.

**Color Variations**
Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Minor color differences are not considered defects.

**Shipping Issues**
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.

**Order Cancellations**
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
